Red Light
Red Light Therapy in Atlanta
Ten to twenty minutes under red and near-infrared panels. No heat, no downtime, nothing to recover from.
What it is
Red light therapy exposes skin to specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light. Sessions are short, comfortable and require nothing of you — you stand or lie in front of the panels and wait.
It's the lowest-effort service in the studio, which makes it easy to add onto another session rather than book on its own.
What a session looks like
- Ten to twenty minutes in front of the panels.
- Expose the areas you want treated; eye protection available.
- No heat, no sweat, no cool-down needed.
Who tends to use it
- Members adding a short service onto a longer visit
- People who want a consistent routine without physical demand
- Clients pairing it with sauna in the same visit
How it fits with everything else
Because sessions are short and undemanding, red light stacks easily with infrared sauna or compression. Unlimited on Plutus Elite and Founder's; included in Signature and Lifestyle credits.
Common questions
How long is a session?
Usually 10 to 20 minutes.
Does it feel like anything?
Very little. The panels are bright and mildly warm at most — there's no heat load like a sauna.
How often do people use it?
Because sessions are short and low-effort, red light is one of the services members use most frequently, often several times a week.
Do I need eye protection?
Protective eyewear is available and recommended when working near the face.
