Mild Hyperbaric (mHBOT) Sessions in Atlanta

A low-pressure chamber session, booked in longer blocks than anything else in the studio.

What it is

A mild hyperbaric session takes place in a chamber pressurised modestly above normal atmospheric pressure. Sessions are longer than the rest of the menu — plan for around an hour — and are quiet by nature. Most people read, listen to something, or sleep.

We offer this as a wellness service, not as medical care. Please read the note at the bottom of this page before booking.

How it fits with everything else

Because sessions run long, mHBOT is usually booked on its own rather than stacked. It is capped rather than unlimited: four sessions a month on Plutus Elite and Founder's, one a month on Lifestyle. It is not included in Signature.

Common questions

How long is a session?

Around an hour, plus time to pressurise and depressurise at either end.

What does it feel like?

Most people notice their ears adjusting during pressure changes, similar to a flight. Otherwise it's quiet and uneventful.

Is this the same as hospital hyperbaric treatment?

No. Hospital-based hyperbaric oxygen therapy operates at higher pressures and is a medical treatment prescribed for specific approved conditions. What we offer is a mild, low-pressure wellness session and is not a substitute for medical care.

Should I check with my doctor first?

Yes — particularly if you have any ear, sinus, lung or heart condition, if you're pregnant, or if you're under a physician's care. Please speak with your provider before booking.
